How one leans when they have to let out a little, quiet fart

People are no where near silly enough on this app

I had someone come over to get me a quote on windows who drove a cyber truck and I didn’t give him business because of it lol

It’s not too late! While MnDOT has removed the boulevard option, we’re still years away from the rebuild of I-94. This is a setback, but we will not stop fighting for Twin Cities Boulevard. A better future is possible! Learn more: www.ourstreetsmn.org/2024/12/20/m...

I know it shouldn’t, but it still surprises me how overtly racist the Minneapolis subreddit is toward the Somali community.

@mndot.bsky.social purposely put out a piece in @startribune.com the Friday before Christmas at 4:30pm saying they would not be recommending the at grade option beyond for further study, this is intentionally obtuse 🧵

My favorite trait of my Timberwolves, my boys in blue if you will, is that they completely forget how to play basketball for about 8 minutes of each game

Hi there, how are you doing today? You mailed in a post card a few weeks ago requesting information regarding penny stocks with huge upside potential with little downside risk, does that ring a bell?

ATTENTION TAXPAYERS While the new ownership does want a new stadium, and will certainly push for state funding, the likelihood of the wolves moving is low. The NBA is looking to expand and if the wolves move they remove an expansion location, we might have the upper hand.

We should do this and put a 200ft obelisk in commemoration of the Minnesota 1st Infantry Regiment

Safe to say my father was a fan of the halftime show

The lord has blessed me with a great bounty

I often wonder how much more people can take of this

Jock Landale shoved Naz Reid after the play and Crunch pulled up

Can someone add Stephen A to this?

A Minneapolis man wanted to find a reason to gather on cold, gray winter days. Enter stump party, a do-it-yourself holiday that just celebrated its fourth year.

This have been the vibe since 2009 lol

A beautiful new piece in the Star Tribune shows how @MNDOT’s decision on Rethinking 94 is putting our futures in jeopardy. With a once-in-a-generation chance to make lasting positive change, MnDOT is putting our communities at risk. https://buff.ly/4hxQi3c

carbon capture is really funny because the best and largest carbon capture facility in the world can offset the emissions from about 850 cars per year. or you could paint some bike lanes and/or run 2 or 3 extra trains per hour for a greater impact.

Someone tell Linea the boy mayor is playing politics

If I see this I’m riding right up into the truck

We’re going to pack the caucus on April 8 because we believe in a Minneapolis where everyone belongs. 🌻 Please sign up to attend and help me get DFL-endorsed at the caucus and convention this spring.

I really would like people who accept no alternative to I-94 to sincerely grapple with the public health consequences for those who literally have no choice but to live in the pollution zone. Begin your answer with "we must poison these people because..." https://wedgelive.com/mndots-public-health-…

OpenAI right now

"Transit riders should have good things, too: nice shelters to wait at, bright lighting and, yes, public art. The bus stops on Nicollet have some cool lighting features and art, and losing those is a disappointment" - @amityf.bsky.social

I did it for $18.50

@deenawinter.bsky.social at it again throwing the city council under the bus www.startribune.com/agate-downto...

I knew it was bullshit the minute they trotted out Spoken Word Common in a turtleneck to shill for it

Look at my opposition party dawg

This problem extends far beyond Minnesota. Across the country, state DOT models ignore induced demand in their highway widening proposals. It's debatable whether they're being deceitful or just ignorant. Either way, their models are wrong.

This is (IMO) not to say that MnDOT or the people there are climate denialists, but that, by so highly prioritizing support for only one method of moving people & goods around that all other considerations are essentially meaningless, the end results are indistinguishable from climate denialism.
