Finally got approved for treatment at a long COVID center. I’m lucky my doc believes me enough to do all the insurance wrangling necessary so it’s in-network .

Things are beyond intense out there. A lot of people are wondering how to build community, plug in, and make change. Not everyone is extroverted and comfortable being in crowds or talking on the phone or video, which are traditional modes of activism.

The witch hazel is blooming …. The embodiment of hope in hard times

I'm delighted by the mainstreaming of lucid dreaming and astral projection, but there’s a bump on the onramp to transcendence. I’m talking about how so many would-be lucid dreamers and out-of-body practitioners get trapped like flies in the web of sleep paralysis. dreamstudies.org/sleep-paraly...

I went to my public library yesterday and felt like crying from their kindness, space Making, mask encouraging practices, ads for trans book groups, and democracy book displays. The space was so clear and good i was able to plan out a year of curriculum

I tried to fill the hole where democracy used to be with cake and now I have to lie down

Today is a great day for sharing your dreams

Long covid has humbled me. It’s diminished me. We have transformed our lives to keep our kids safe(r) because of this. There will Never be a normal again but I’ve also never felt as supported by chosen family
