A way you can tell that Trump isn’t in on the joke is that no one has ever seen him laugh. Not even you. I’m not sure he ever has laughed. He smiles, in a manufactured way, but Trump doesn’t understand humor, at all, and has maybe never laughed. It’s fascinating and unsettling.
