I see the stock market took a tumble which is not surprising. For those with money in their 401k and panicking, remember it’s only a paper loss. If you sell your shares you lock in the loss. Don’t check the market everyday and don’t doom scroll CNBC. #BlackSkyFinance

We were on the Singapore Riverwalk last night and I saw at least 3 or 4 restaurants that were advertising that they were North Indian and Mexican restaurants. It’s not a combination I was expecting to see. It wasn’t fusion but separate dishes from both cuisines. 🤷🏾

The Marina Bay Sands lit up at night from across the Marina Bay in Singapore. It is a hotel and casino complex. It is known for its three towers topped by a skyway. #BlackSkyTravel

We’ve made it to Singapore. So far Singapore has the best metro system I’ve seen so far. Clean, clear signage, plenty of escalators and lifts. It was a breeze getting from the airport to the hotel.

It’s interesting how much better sleep I’ve been getting away from our apartment in France. I’ve told my wife that we need to move. Something in that apartment affects my breathing such that I get about 1.5 hours less sleep per day. Sleep s just as important as diet and exercise. #BlackSkyFitness

I really feel for my brothers and sisters back in the U.S. I just spent the day dealing with the healthcare system in Malaysia. The experience was better than any I received in the U.S. and at a fraction of the cost.

I would be embarrassed if I were Luka. It is an indictment on his lack of defense and his conditioning that he got traded the way he did. He is not self motivated.
