So apparently Canada wasn’t mentioned in the just released U.S. Annual Threat Assessment “as a source of illicit fentanyl.” AT ALL. And yet Trump specifically cited fentanyl as THE LEGAL JUSTIFICATION for starting a trade war with Canada using tariffs by executive order. Proof the EO is illegal.
