When I arrived onsite at Bolling Hall Museum, #Bradford, this morning it was hidden by gloomy fog 🏰 🌫. Popped out at lunch to stretch my legs and it was basking in early Spring sunshine with the glorious snowdrops and crocuses 🏰🌱🌤.

This evening I finished reading A. K. Blakemore's 'The Glutton'. Set in 18th century France and based on the real life Tarare, a man with an insatiable appetite, it tells his (re)imagined life. I enjoyed it - I got swept along with the story telling aspect of the narrative and its poetic prose.

This work week is all about prepping my upcoming museum display. Yesterday I painted a white wall baked bean brown 🟤 & today I opened a tin of tangerine jelly orange paint 🍊. Colleagues like the retro colour scheme. Fingers crossed that all the display elements will come together nicely. #Curator
