My solution to the NBA tanking problem: all 22 teams that don't make it to the 2nd round are eligible for the lottery. Each team has the same odds. Top 4 picks are part of the lottery, picks 5-22 in order of record. Cannot have a top 10 pick more than 2 years in a row.

I challenge anyone to come up with a better trade for Dallas. Trading Luka is franchise maleficence. However if you trade him there's not much better you can do.
