#nowplaying Front sleeve is a little difficult to make out so here’s the gatefold inner. This is the Death Waltz version of the Fire Walk With Me original score by Angelo Badalamenti. Lovely.

Ok so now we’re going back to the start of the trilogy having read the last one first 🤔

This was absolutely brilliant. Breathless, hypnotic stuff. Now waiting for the first two of the trilogy to arrive so I can read those too. Starting at the 3rd of the trilogy didn’t have an obvious negative effect, Tokyo Redux is still brilliant even when read as a standalone piece.

2/2 When he released my Shoreline album some dickhead (guess) sent him the same track under two titles, ruining the pressing. I was horrified. He just said ‘don’t worry mate’ and after I’d sent the correct version he repressed it. Love the man 🖤🖤🖤

Paul deserves all the love and thanks he is getting. A wonderful friend and supporter of electronic music and musicians. Not only that he’s a fantastic, generous and positive human. 1/2

Such a wonderful album. #nowplaying Ryuichi Sakamoto - 12

Sad to hear the news about Mike Peters. The Danse Society did a small tour with The Alarm in the early 80’s where we alternated headlining, they were such lovely blokes. I remember the Glasgow gig where nobody turned up. When we played the audience was the Alarm. And when the Alarm played it was us🖤

#nowplaying Jim O’Rourke - Simple Songs 🖤

The new Natural Information Society/Bitchin Bajas album ‘Totality’ is very nice indeed.

I mean JUST for the album ‘Movies’ alone, forgetting everything he’d previously achieved with CAN, you could easily make a case for Holger Czukay being one of the greatest, most imaginative and technologically creative musicians ever to put sound on tape.
