SIXTEEN DAYS WITHOUT A WORKING BOILER & my lovely caretaker just informed me that the tiny device that's needed to revive the boiler isn't ordered, but they sent a quotation for a new boiler - which they don't have in stock. It's still bloody winter & no one gives a fig.
