On this 80th Anniversary of the Battle of Iwo Jima, I remember the time back in 2007 when I got to cover a JPAC team searching for the remains of Sgt. Bill Genaust - the Marine who filmed the raising of the flag on Mount Suribachi. Walking that island was a truly humbling experience.
