I own an old GW book on making custom terrain, White Dwarf used to have articles showcasing or explaining various conversions. Army lists shown were frequently creative and with their own lore written. It was a different time.

We can exclude ideas when they they deny the existence of objective reality, logic and actual truth. The anti-intellectual bent of the reactionary is intentional. The party's final command is to disbelieve the evidence of yoir own eyes.

Finally figured out the flaw in the Solo movie. It is a heist film, that isn't self aware. The genre relies on character interaction between over-the-top protagonists. The inside man, the smoothtalker, the planner, the muscle, the security expert, the wildcard, etc. It just doesn't do any of it.

The Golden Age of Star Wars games is in the past, and this is one of its many flawed gems. Republic Commando does feel like an aged FPS, and yet... The squad mechanics, the enemy and weapon variety, the low to the ground perspective, the absence Force users, it is brilliant!
