I've found one more thing that is effective at getting me sleepy. Yesterday I was watching a video someone had filmed a month before the LA fires. They drove around Pacific Palisades, there was no talking and it was super cozy. I had to quit after 40 minutes because my eyes refused to stay open.

I had a dream about Kuromori from Shadow of the Colossus. A big element in her fight is shooting the weak points in her legs until she falls and lands on her back. But in the dream she REFUSED to stay down even for a second and chose to chase me around the arena, shooting her projectiles. Scary.

Unpopular opinion: Life is Strange 2 is the best game in the series. As much as I loved the first game and True Colors, they didn't get to me like LiS 2 did.
