The lifting of #DEI practices that the MAGA nation is so happy to see is going to bite them in the ass. The most important thing to any corporation is the bottom line. Diverse people have had to struggle more to get anywhere. When hiring becomes entirely merit based, diverse people will get the job.

It just occurred to me when big corporations send lobbyists to purchase representatives in government to make laws that eliminate their taxes, the effect is no taxation WITH representation. Since the common person pays most of the taxes, that is taxation WITHOUT representation?

If "trickle down" works, why doesn't "record profits" also mean record wages? Because it actually trickles up to the stockholders. Putting money into something is more profitable than actually creating something. It is not sustainable. If it continues, skills will go extinct.
