Under her command, the US Navy met its recruiting goals last year. The Army did not. She made being in the Navy more tolerable, based on experience of more than 20 years of her career at sea. People wanted to join Navy, to the point they had to deny people because the training slots were filled.

This is incredibly stressful to our Alzheimer's community (families and researchers). There are Alzheimer Disease Research Centers that are in limbo now - no council meetings means no notice of awards, means all the research we are doing to slow or prevent this disease is paused indefinitely.

Senate Armed Services Chairman Roger Wicker says Vladimir Putin can't be trusted & should be jailed for life "if not executed." This guy's a Republican.
