I make a 'good' salary for my profession, and my profession is one of the most well payed in the world. I still don't make a living wage for my family size in Tompkins county.

Been playing skyrim again lately, trying to just sort of do a ton of the non-main-quest stuff. I just discovered that you can build a full on homestead and this is a new era of fun. I got my smithing up to 100 so I can make stuff and easily earn gold, at least in video game world I can be wealthy! 😂
