Non-standardized gear, hodgepodge preparation. These guys were unlikely to have been asked to gear up like this, but 'volunteered' to go full-tactical amongst themselves so as to project strength, but this all their own personal gear for Larping as Devgru operators.

Yeah this guy Robert Doar authored a piece in 2018 that was nothing but a description of how to keep the lower classes even lower, by discouraging higher education, nullifying social benefits to force people back into work, low pay or otherwise.
