Elon Musk and his DOGE-💩 team of interns have no idea what they are doing. Insufferable prix who think they know everything, but have no respect for government, democracy, or what actually makes this nation great — its people.

President Trump and Republicans want working families to foot the bill for tax cuts for the wealthiest in America. Their bill will strip working families of housing, health care, and food, WHILE saddling future generations with enormous debt. This is an insult to the American people.

trump wants to be able to tell the USPS not to deliver ballots to blue states www.washingtonpost.com/business/202...

With apologies to @michaelcohen212.bsky.social, am I right that Musk is Trump’s new Michael Cohen?

Well done Brazil. I hope your justice system works better than ours did. www.nytimes.com/2025/02/18/w...

@aliciamenendez.bsky.social “You’re so quaint…” 😂, but also 😢

I maxed out my credit card, emptied my savings account, and took out a loan to move from Alabama to Bethesda, MD. I don’t even qualify for unemployment since I’ve only worked at NIH for a month. I will be financially and medically devastated. Seeking suggestions for anywhere that’s hiring!!

Seriously @nytimes.com?! Warming Trend? www.nytimes.com/2025/02/13/w...

There it is. “.. They have begun downplaying the likelihood that consumer costs like groceries will decline anytime soon ..” @nytimes.com www.nytimes.com/2025/02/12/b...

Listen to Secretary Pete. And remember, these are our funds. These are our courts. And these are our streets.

USAID’s shutdown will hurt rural Americans: it purchased $2B in corn, wheat, soy et al from midwestern farmers www.startribune.com/usaid-shutte...

Hey Paul, sure that’s what you signed up for, you just weren’t paying attention.

Jeffries: The constitution requires the president has the responsibility to take care that the laws are faithfully executed. Spending agreements passed through the appropriations process are law. When those laws are violated, the constitution has been violated.

If the FBI gets purged of almost all of its agents, they will be replaced. The current vetting process for agents is onerous. But that can be changed, and there’s really nothing stopping a director from handing every Jan. 6 pardonee, or any other yahoo, a badge and a gun (and TS clearance)

Let’s be clear, @nytimes.com he also PORTRAYS the U.S. as a disaster. Use better words. www.nytimes.com/2025/01/05/u...

@whstancil.bsky.social I think you’ll find this interesting and validating. Not surprising, but a rigorous analysis.

We failed Jack Smith and his team.

Trump alone didn't beat the justice system. He had help. It took Oligarchs relentlessly amplifying his lies on their media platforms. Ethically compromised members of the Supreme Court. 70+ million willing to vote for a convicted felon. There's a lot to fix. But it can be fixed. It must.

To whom does it fall to defend the Constitution when it is under assault from the executive branch? Our justice system failed us. The Fourth Estate failed us. It’s all up to the Deep State now I guess.

Are you kidding me with this “but he said…” silliness? www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...

MOOD FOR THE NEXT FOUR FUCKING YEARS. #goodtrouble
