A huge difference I see between anti trans detrans people vs pro trans detrans people is that anti trans detrans people create an identity around an "us vs them" mentality. Damn near all the posts on transphobic detrans spaces are about how much trans people suck & transition isn't real medicine.

BTW, just to clarify, detransition in & of itself is not the ex gay of transgender people. However, ANTI TRANS ideological detransition is the equivalent of ex gay of transgender people.

There's nothing wrong with being a detrans person & still struggling with gender dysphoria from your birth sex. I also struggle with that. The problem is that people on her side frame any type of gender diversity outside of cisness as the worst outcome that needs to be avoided at all costs.
