My first book was published through Amazon’s KDP. I want to remove my book, and indeed all my business, from Amazon but I’m not sure how to go about it. Where can I host my book now? I’m thinking just a PDF on my website, though I’ll miss the paperback/hardcover options, poor quality as they were.

this is why rock music is dying, not because people don't wanna do bands any more, but because being in a band costs unfathomable amounts more than it did in the 80s and 90s, these days either renting or squatting anywhere to play and having time to play is damn near impossible
