Washington State, Oregon and California need to set up a national guard wall that doesn’t allow any Federal troops or National Law Enforcement in to the states.

Governors in blue states need to activate their guard troops so Trump can’t legally. Their troops need to stand against ICE and any other federal agency that tries to enter. This includes helicopters and planes.
