As farmers, we look at the local forecast daily, sometimes multiple times a day, and from multiple sources. We are in a microclimate, frequently having different weather than 4 miles inland. What’s the big deal? Hay can be ruined if rained on, for example.

Every day I call my representatives using the @5calls.org app. They provide scripts to address topics. After you call, it shows you statistics of how many people have called on that topic. At just before 8 am today, tariffs were only 52k. I think people still don’t understand the potential impact.
