#amwriting #booksky #resist 'The time with Andy, and later with Adeola, Seth and Farid, reminded her how strange it was to concede defeat, and at the same time to face down the defeat with a new plan, to hurt and be angry about letting go of the town, but at the same time to raise a new call and

This is weird. I just went over some notes to find a quote for the website. Some of these notes date back to 2017 and my writing style has changed quite a bit. It's like stepping back in time. Also interesting are the notes on Trump 1.0. Sitting here shaking my head. #amwriting

I'm updating my easy town books website and just came across this fitting note for the WIP book 4, building, part 2

We acknowledge the fact that different environments have the power to change us. Yet international organizations continue to operate on the assumption of a universal human physiology—one that corresponds strikingly with a Euro-American model.

So, now that I have introduced the three published books, what will happen here next? I will occasionally publish quotes, keep you up to date with my writing progress, share workspace photos or videos. I might also pick up an idea and discuss it here or point you to an addition to the website.

You can take a tour of the easy town story on the easy town books website which offers a lot on the published book and a some hints for the others.

book 3, shaping: The project team have relocated to London. Part 1 focuses on shaping the town, the second sees some members entangled in their personal messes, while the third part is a celebration of defiance. Book 3 is highly recommendable for everyone who needs a boost in these troubled times.

A small team travel to connect the town project to all corners of the planet. Sexuality, racism, colonialism, personal traumata are just a few unexpected travel companions. The team have to face attacks inside and outside while getting unexpected input for the town project. #books #booksky #writer

Yes, the people in this book are serious about building a town experiment which explores what kind of environment, administration, composition, architecture and the like have a positive impact on humans and their community. No conspiracy here (almost none) and a lot of thinking, testing, drafting.

You might wonder why the heck I open an account that's all about the easy town story. The answer is: there are so many ideas, stories, challenges and visions on my mind, I need to sort them into spaces where they get to breathe. I will repost everything on my @charliealiceraya.bsky.social account.

The original story was never meant to be written. Here you can read, how it all happened: www.easy-town-books.com/charlie-alic...

'This town is to be a complex experiment to find out what kind of environment a human needs to thrive. That’s why the town project looks into every aspect of human life: how we live, build, work, create, interact, coexist with nature and so much more.’ book 3, shaping
