Is there a reason I'm not finding as to why David Robertson has gone unsigned?

Harrison's fastball release point dropped down to 4.75' yesterday (from 4.91' last year). His horizontal release also changed from 1.87' to 2.37', indicating a shift in positioning towards the first base side of the rubber.

The frustrating thing is that Birdsong and Roupp are both at stages of their devs where they need to be learning to beat MLB hitters at the Major League level. But the Giants shot themselves in the foot coming into camp last year way too high on Harrison and giving him the rope they did.

Whisenhunt's changeup is back to 81-82 MPH. Good sign.

Harrison was throwing a second slider shape in that inning. It's... not what I was hoping to see. Way softer than the other variations of gyroish sliders he's tried to throw in the past.

Ah, cool, so upon his debut Roki Sasaki is going to be 2021 Gausman but with a better split. Cool cool. Did I say cool?

A game-ending ABS challenge! With the winning run on third base, Giants catcher Logan Porter challenges a two-strike pitch that was initially called a ball. The call was overturned and the game ends in a 1-1 tie.

Luis Matos brings home the first run of the day on a RBI double against Yuki Matsui. 99.2 MPH EV 20º LA

Jung Hoo Lee lines a single to center. He's 7-for-16 to start Spring. 108.2 MPH 12º LA

Landen Roupp gets Fernando Tatis Jr. swinging on a changeup. 88.3 MPH 2" vert 20" horz

hahahahahahahahahahaha

Bryce Eldridge strikes out after drawing a full count against five year MLB veteran Connor Brogdon. The 8th strikeout in 12 PA for Eldridge this Spring.

Luis Matos belts a solo home run off of former Giant Shaun Anderson.

Marco Luciano makes a diving catch in left field. Looks like he loses the ball midway through his route, but is able to recover in time.

Jerar Encarnacion drives in two more on an infield single.

Jerar Encarnacion drives in three on an opposite field, line drive double.

LaMonte Wade Jr. walk Jung Hoo Lee single Matt Chapman RBI (bloop) single We'll be seeing a lot more of this soon

This is a Rays claim waiting to happen but if the Giants are smart they’ll cut it off at the pass

Jerar Encarnacion blasts a go-ahead, two-run home run to center field. 113.0 EV 24º LA

Well, there's Luis Matos' defense. Costs the Giants a run on a bad jump and poor attempt at a recovery via a dive.

Carson Seymour's sinker sat 96.3 MPH in his two innings, up from 94.4 MPH at AAA last year. Did a good job getting the pitch over the plate today. Mixed in two sliders and one changeup.

Casey Schmitt hits a would-be inning ending grounder, but Jung Hoo Lee hustles into second base and beats Kim's throw.

Luis Matos lines a two-strike, RBI single to center.

Christian Koss completes a diving play to rob Freddie Freeman of a hit.

Jung Hoo Lee rips a RBI double, misplayed by Teoscar Hernández in right. 109.6 EV 19º LA

Bryce Eldridge's first televised plate appearance of the Spring... a strikeout. His sixth in 10 PA so far.

And here's how brutal the wind is today... a Grant McCray pop up ends up turning into a great play by Luis Suisbel.

Jung Hoo Lee's bat to ball skills on display as he battles back from a 1-2 count to draw a walk.

Luis Matos rips a two-run double to center field, likely kept in the park by the wind. 108.4 MPH/21º LA barrel.

Jung Hoo Lee attempts a play initially ruled a diving catch against tough wind, but is called a hit (triple) after umpire discussion.

Two more strikeouts in the second inning for Landen Roupp, including this dismantling of Cade Marlow. 93.9 MPH, 3/19 sinker 87.5 MPH, -3/12 changeup 87.5 MPH, -3/15 changeup 90.6 MPH, 7/0 slider (cutter?)

Landen Roupp gets Blake Hunt swinging on a changeup. -4/14 at 88.3 MPH.

Giants UDFA Carter Howell rips a long RBI single to right.

Dakota Jordan chops a double down the third base line.

Trevor McDonald induces a double play, Christian Koss (SS) and Aeverson Arteaga (2B) making the turn.

Luicano, still new to left field. Ground ball deflects off the shortstop Basabe's glove. Makes a nice read and reacts accordingly, bare-hands the ball, and then throws well short of third base with a chance to have gotten the runner who made a late break.

1-2-3 inning for Carson Seymour, getting strikeouts of Yoán Moncada and Nolan Schanuel then getting Jo Adell to ground out. Seymour was added to the 40-man roster ahead of the Rule 5 Draft.

Marco Luciano hits a home run off the batter's eye. Off José Suarez.

Trent Harris, a name you'll want to watch, comes in and stops the bleeding. Induces a Jo Adell pop-out and then gets Angels first round pick Christian Moore to strike out looking.

Jorge Soler launches a 3-run homer in his first at-bat against Mason Black. Because of course.
