As someone that literally has a MSc on the subject, I need ppl to stop correlating DEI to « giving jobs to Black ppl ». 😭 DEI is about making programs and spaces more inclusive. Parental leave, tax brackets, jobs for veterans, flexible schedule, closed captions, elevators — all of this is DEI.
