Perhaps the best thing you can focus on, when it comes to your overall health and performance, is the quality and quantity of your sleep. A good place to begin is to impose measurement. I like the @ouraring but there are tons f great options. If you don’t measure it you can’t manage it.

Taking a nap is a really good idea! I have protocols built I to my life to ensure optimal health and performance. If I don’t sleep as well as usual I try to make time for a nap. #recover #health

This is a really good time to take a good look at your overall health and performance objectives for your life. You don’t have to win any races to be a high performance human but you should definitely have an idea of what that looks and feels like for yourself.
