I watched the first two episodes of Daredevil: Born Again. I think it’s… mixed. On one hand, parts feel like it’s trying too hard to be the Netflix show. On the other, I could watch these actors play these characters doing literally anything.

I think this is the first time in many years that I’m not watching the Oscars. Used to try to see every Best Picture nominee just because it was a fun exercise and a good way to expand my horizons. This year I think the only one I’ve seen is Wicked, which is probably part of why I’m not watching

I appreciate the fantastic reporting done by the folks at Bloomberg but holy hell is it impossible to unsubscribe from their email list. They recently put the ones I subscribed to behind a paywall and the unsubscribe page is a giant list that I’ve already clicked through multiple times

I’m still figuring out how I feel about Disney+’s Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. There are things I like and things I’m less fond of… …but the very classic design of Otto Octavius looks straight out of the comics in the best way. Love it.
