Yesterday, I had an informative meeting with residents from the South Boston Waterfront. Thank you to the Seaport Neighborhood Association for bringing us together to discuss pedestrian safety and traffic enforcement issues. Residents advocated for a larger police presence in the neighborhood.

TONIGHT: There is a public meeting to discuss upcoming Coastal Storm Risk Management Feasibility Study with Boston Planning and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 6:00-7:30pm. The study will develop potential strategies to manage long term flood risk. Zoom link here: shorturl.at/EIXck #bospoli

On Saturday morning, Kristen and I had so much fun watching the runners at the South Boston Catholic Academy Jingle Bell Run! It is wonderful when communities can come together around the holidays to celebrate and be together.

We had a wonderful time at the Christmas Fair sponsored by parishioners at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross. We enjoyed listening and talking with South End neighbors and constituents about this welcoming and historic parish community and do some Christmas shopping at the same time!

It was great to end the day on Saturday with South End residents and city officials at the annual tree lighting ceremony with Blackstone/Franklin Square Neighborhood Association. I am honored to represent the diverse and welcoming South End neighborhood! #bospoli
