12 Dem Senators and 48 Dem House members voted for the Laken Riley Act—allowing US Govt to deport immigrants on the mere accusation of a crime. As you see those 60 Dems complain about Mahmoud Khalil, Rumeysa Ozturk, or Kilmar Abrego Garcia, among many more—please know they enabled this fascism.

Please help Tasneem if you can.

All six of his sons. Imagine that. You don't even need a Matt Damon to play Private Ryan...there is no son left

Politicians aren’t nearly outraged enough at the Trump regime disappearing these students of color. I’m not qwhite sure why?? But I bet we’d hear a very different tune if these students had the complexion for protection. Where are the free speech warriors? Where are the anti-tyranny folks? smh

I'm joining @seiu.org to make clear that Donald Trump’s efforts to silence dissent and spread fear won’t stop our collective power. He must free Rumeysa, and we will not be silent as this administration fights to take our rights and our freedom. #4the1st

People are taking things into their own hands

What do I talk about now that Severance is gone?

Here's the part being obscured by the Signal scandal: Houthis aren't the problem, and bombing Yemen isn't a solution. A regime that literally bombs people who are standing against genocide is the problem.

Wow. Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum officially recognizes Palestine as a state. Here she welcomes Palestinian ambassador Nadya Rasheed. Sheinbaum is Jewish, supports Palestinian self-determination, & unapologetically condemns Netanyahu's attacks on Gaza. Historic & inspiring leadership. ❤️✊🏽

A crowd has gathered for the NYC protest against the illegal ICE arrest of Columbia grad student Mahmoud Khalil. Protesters are chanting and calling for his immediate release. Multiple helicopters overhead.

All I'm saying is, if you ran a campaign on democracy being at stake and democracy lost, isn't it time to be massively freaking out instead of doing this

'No Other Land', which chronicles settler violence and the Israeli demolitions of Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank, won the Oscar for best documentary. We look at why the win is significant aje.io/ewi7jt

Something I can't get over is assuming one hour per unanimous consent objection, Democrats could have held up the Senate for 16 straight DAYS since Trump was sworn in. They've been in session for less than 30 days!

Have you seen how US presidents have treated leaders of non white nations? Obama had the audacity to tell African leaders not to "blame colonization" for their economic problems, while wealthy nations like the US were plundering the continent and proliferating their drone warfare there.
