A complaint is already being lodged, but @eastmidsrailway.bsky.social: a staff member at Leicester (Platform 2) actively ignored and repeatedly turned his back on a POC making reasonable queries about a missed train. I hope you'll take the customer's complaint seriously and act accordingly.
