The Tea Party was 16 yrs ago. It’s difficult to describe just HOW HUGE the coverage was. Nonstop articles, TV, “Tea Party Tea Party Tea Party,” and pics and video of older white people saying how much they hated Obama. The difference in coverage today is quite the contrast; it is much more muted.

I am very worried that Israel's war with Iran is reducing the little pressure there was to allow food into Gaza. This is what "both sides, think of all the victims" gets us. There is a crisis of famine in Gaza but our leaders are focusing on Israelis having to go to bomb shelters sometimes.
