My PCP is actually considering the possibility of me having arthritis in my knees and ankles, and a herniated disc in my low back lol If it is indeed a herniated disc, it would've happened about a month after I turned 12 because that's when the pain started For reference, I'll be 24 soon lol

I forgot to update this lol Turns out, they did find endometriosis! My dad just misunderstood. English isn't his first language and my surgeon couldn't definitively say for sure what the tissue was before testing it, so he took "I don't know" as "we didn't find anything" 🙃
