Sitting at work, fighting off angry tears writing an email to my daughter’s gym teacher. She got an F on her mile test for running 12:30. It is the slow runner in me that is seething. Was my 6 hr marathon likewise an F caliber performance? And why do we even letter grade gym!? Grade the effort.
