Has anyone got the peachtree pro-grind system, with setup blocks for an 8 inch grinder? I have the 6 inch blocks, but have just replaced my grinder with the 8 inch version. I can't buy the setup blocks from the US ($100 shipping), and Amazon in the UK only have either the full kit again

Got a new 8 inch grinder and a CBN wheel, to go with the sharpening system I bought a while back. Building a mount for the whole thing now and the vibrations are terrible. Partly reminds me why I took up turning, because building stuff from ply and wood is just not my thing.

It's also important for people to not conflate mental health with neurodivergence, ADHD, ASD, dyslesxia etc are not 'mental health' issues they are neurological conditions*; although I suspect a great deal of problems from the former comes from a society that doesn't really accomodate the latter.

One of my favourite* things is seeing Linkedin posts from people who desperately tried to avoid interacting with the role I (and others) perform at work, pissing everyone off, suddenly promoting the value of that role because they got a new job somewhere else. *not favourite
