Vacation?! What does that even mean? My kid is 8 & we've never been on a real one. The restaurant owners I've worked for balk at paying servers the $11.79/hr minimum wage Colorado requires. The state started requiring they give us 40hrs a year of sick time but i don't even know how to use it
