This is my author account. I am all for fairness and justice. I write thriller/dystopian with female-centered protagonists mostly. Got questions about the book, project, author process. ect, feel free to ask them.

Ive taken a liking of eating breakfast food at any time of day. The idea that is only for morning time is overrated

Book still on sale, and still available. Please check it out! www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1633...

Was reading through my copy of the book and found an error. Time to hunt more errors. *Dons safari hat and appropriate allegorical hunting rifle*

I learned the other day that the name “Laohz” from my book series has a real life counterpart small town in Spain. Just want to say that I never thought this would be a thing when I came up with the name and I made no connections to the real place in my book. Anything that is is purely coincidence

So, as I keep discovering the fantasy project, I feel like it will be way darker than I thought it’d be. Interested in how the first draft turns out.

Working on the second book of the series. But for the time being I would love it if you would check out my first book. It was 12 years of work and I’d love for you to check it out and support indie artists. www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0DK...

Started on working on some fantasy project and while short stories come easy, a first chapter is proving harder to accomplish.

Hows it going guys? Hope you had a wonderful New Years Festivities.

“Sometimes being an adult just means that things take time.” - Elfo from Disenchantment Idk why this phrase has stuck with me so long.

That moment when you keep seeing an item you need on shelves for weeks on end and putting off buying it, just to not be there when you actually get around to it.

Having ADHD makes writing harder. Because I have this want & need to write, but my brain says “no, we are staying here thinking about it because we already allotted our energy to other things two weeks in advance, & we have no more to spare.” Or is the opposite, & I write like 2 chapters one sitting

“The misery that is upon us is but the passing of greed…” - Charlie Chaplin / The Great Dictator I recommend this movie’s ending speech so much.

Need last minute gift? Get my book! May not arrive before tomorrow, but it will arrive nonetheless! Also, happy holidays!

One line that I never forget from the Babylon 5 movie (I believe i got the name right) is when she asks to turn off the TV and he says “You can’t turn off the TV, only change the channel” and that line has stayed with me since then.

I don’t know if this happens to others, but if I come up with a scene that is further along in the book, I cannot bring myself to write it down. I need to actually make my way to it because otherwise I will probably deviate from the scene altogether or find issues getting there. I prefer the mystery

I’m getting tired of everything thats going on. Makes it very hard to work on my book when reality almost matches whats on my manuscripts.

Been working on the second book of my series, so while I do that, go and check out the first one.

Been doing some internal inventory of characters in the second book and a character that was part of the first draft ended up getting chopped out of the story and another one is set to take its place. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Been playing a lot of Cyberpunk last few days. Still amazes me how awesome and real this game is compared to other similar games.

Selling a thousand books is nice, fame, fortune, or you may have only sold 3 copies and nothing else, but the one thing everyone forgets is that you did what most people have not done before: you finished a full book. And you published it too. Be proud of yourself, no matter how successful you are.

Got to do a guest feature on one of my favorite substacks. #humblebrag "For this, labels are aiming to destroy the nonprofit @archive.org entirely...It's a bad look." musicx.substack.com/p/digital-li...

Ive been offline here for a bit. Also haven’t written in a week and I should get back to it. Also considering reviving an old series of mine before I worked on this book.

Is really nice to see so many authors here on this platform. Welcome.

I just watched Jurassic Park for the first time. The amount of references to it sprinkled throughout my life is astounding.

Hey guys, please be sure to check my book out and support indie writers around you. More so hispanic authors such as I. #booksky www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0DK...

One of the things I enjoy the most about writing is discovering a new world through the main character’s eyes. What are the things you love about writing? #writingcommunity

So the marketing part of my book is what escapes me and I’d like to know what ideas I can take to promote my indie book from those who have done it before. Searching the internet only helps so much.

Knowledge itself is not evil. It is us who bend it to evil means.” = From the novel "Allegiant" by Veronica Roth (Though I found it mentioned in other sources)

Sharing a commission from earlier this year, one of my favorites! :) There was a reference for this one, unknown.

Rarely do we find men who willingly engage in hard, solid thinking. There is an almost universal quest for easy answers and half-baked solutions. Nothing pains some people more than having to think. – Martin Luther King, Jr. (Quote owner may be wrong)

WRITER THINGS TO REMEMBER •Your first draft isn't supposed to be perfect •Editors are your friends •Don't compare your beginning to someone else's middle •Portals forming in hallways always lead to dungeons • Not writing for years doesn't take your writer card away ##WritingCommunity #writers

Is it normal for all authors to be nightowls?

I should be posting here more often, but i just get distracted with other things, like binging history documentaries, writing, and day to day stuff.

So I just realized I need to come up with colors for a school uniform for the second book and I have no idea how schools go about that process. Anyone have a good starting point or relevant references?
