The first electric car was built in 1832. The first gas powered car was built in 1895. This idea that we aren't ready for electric cars or solar power is so far removed from reality. If Carter's ideas about solar panels had been followed, most houses would have solar&we wouldn't be killing ourselves

So you want to get rid of DEI, and hire/promote people based on their merits? I agree. Remove color, race, gender, age, religion, political affiliations, and criminal convictions on job applications. Do interviews blind. Now you have assured that the best person will be hired.
