Absolutely, because what is an economy for except to measure how the people are doing? Even in a free economy, if those living in poverty can still live reasonably happy fulfilling lives, then anything after that is just a bonus.

Turns out grapenuts is just a name, it does not contain any nuts or seeds or anything like that. It's still a fairly healthy high fiber cereal, but not part of the high protien/keto diet category. You could add nuts or seeds, but the cereal itself does not have them. I did not know tbh.
