The handyman put two holes in the ceiling and wall to fix the drain but no addressing the black mold I knew was at the bottom of the wall against the cabinet. Home in wall to high to get photo but I could see it. So I saw it again…

The drain in our wall leaked. Again. The landlord sent an handyman to fix it. He only took out 2 parts of the wet, moldy gypsum. Shouldn’t mold be handled by a remediation team? The whole back side trim under that cabinet is wet and dark😬
