A reader pointed out how something a character does 40 years before my book begins results in literally everything happening. Without him, everything comes tumbling down. Nobody meets, half of them don't live the next 40 years, and none of the events can ever take place. Mind blown!

I have lots of WIPs that I'm fond of. But I have to say my current favorite is the one I'm doing just for Ream/Patreon. It's a rewrite of my first book, but readers get to vote for which character narrates every new chapter. And it's just SO fun to get into all the different heads and revisit it.
