Imagine if tax cuts for the rich were abandoned in favor of helping average citizens. I really can't believe, after all these years, that Republicans still expect (and expect us to swallow it AGAIN) us to buy into 'trickle down'. I challenge anyone who sees this to find a time when it worked.
