Several years ago, my aunt was barricaded in an admin office at Parkland during the shooting at Stoneman-Douglas. Today, my cousin was held and eventually evacuated from FSU during an active shooter. I can’t wrap my head that I have 2 family members involved in 2 separate school shootings.
