1 of 9 Story time... The last piece of I.D. I've needed to change, is my medical card. I did all the red tape and ordered it months ago, but it was lost during the postal strike. Even though all my other I.D. is updated, the medical records have to list me as "male" until I can get that card.

Behold! Our frozen creek, denying us any running water. I've collected lots of icicles in a bucket, so we can melt them down and use that to flush the toilet. Hopefully it'll warm up tomorrow.

Well it happened. The creek is frozen, so we've lost running water. We have a good amount of drinking water tho. We just can't shower or do dishes or... erm... flush the toilet. It's supposed to warm up a bit today, so we'll see what happens. Otherwise, I'll go collect snow and bring it in to melt.

We're still snowed in, but the snow did melt a bit today. We're hoping to be able drive into town tomorrow, because this is the last of our drinking water. If we can't leave tomorrow, then it's time to start boiling creek water.
