Don’t like #Amazon (but happen to have Prime)? If you want to help stick it to Bezos, rather than boycott buying books there (don’t, many of us rely solely on that), go to twitch.tv, every month if you can, and gift a Prime subscription to a viewer of a stream. Bezos pays $ every time you do that.

I've talked to a few folks this morning who were talking about stopping work on their creative projects. Because it's "not important anymore." I don't know who needs to hear this, but DON'T DO THAT. We win by living our lives as loudly and truly as we can. That includes your "silly" art project.

I have not, in the last several months, done any writing on weekends. With this weekend and Thanksgiving weekend standing between me and Nov 30, I’ll need to get 10,000 words ahead of pace so that #nanorwimo doesn’t catch me like a very persistent lion.
