If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it. Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice. But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word. They aren’t firing for a reason.

Trump originally called for a ban on TikTok. Now, he’s counting on people’s ignorance to claim he’ll be its savior. When people know the facts it’s less easy to manipulate them.

The effort to ban TikTok was started by Trump in 2020. If Trump “saves” TikTok, he will just be undoing the problem he created.
