Such an important message. As a women, POC or disability can always be labeled as a DEI hire, it automatically discredits their merit & resets the default hire to be white male. How many companies will shy away from hiring diverse individuals who have merit because they don’t want to be labeled DEI

It's literally impossible to run the National Weather Service without talking to foreign partners. For example, the National Hurricane Center in Miami shares data with other nations in the Caribbean constantly to forecast storms. Everyone benefits. Weather doesn't stop at the borders.
