I’m posting this as a reminder, as much to myself as to others. It’s extra important to stay hydrated if you’re on medication ‼️‼️ I take quetiapine for EUPD, lamotrigine for epilepsy, and sertraline for anxiety — have drank almost two litres in two hours 😅

Went to the hospital yesterday afternoon to pick up a sleep tracker to rule out sleep apnea (before diagnosing fibromyalgia), and I ended up having a dacrystic seizure. It’s like I go to treat one thing, and another presents. Fuck chronic illnesses
