A quick breakfast, aber lecker! A simple French rolled omelette with a soft herbed cheese inside, then a fallow of sour cream with a bit of salmon roe, and a flavorful garnish of dill, chives, and parsley. This is the way to start your day.

Marinated pork chop, shredded Brussels sprouts with bacon and pine nuts (toasted in burre noisette). I think I need a bright garnish like a pickled radish.

Waffle cut black truffle potato chip with soft herbed cheese, capers, and caramelized shallot filling, topped with tobiko.

A different take on deviled eggs. A “cupcake” base of the whites, and the filling as icing, piled high.

Straight up "old skool" deliciousness! Few dishes can match the way this makes your eyes roll back in your head.

Beef carpaccio is a fantastic way to start an elegant dinner. I love getting paper-thin slices of beef perfectly placed on the dish.

Pommes fondant is an elegant and tasty way to enjoy the simple potato. It's one of my favorite dishes to make, and to eat.
