Tesla fanboys all across social media today are barely able to contain themselves, predicting Musk will pull a rabbit out of his hat during the company's earnings call later. Short of a stock buyback (it has $37 billion in cash) not sure what they realistically expect.

JONAS on $TSLA: “Hang on for some weak numbers. .. We forecast 1Q auto margins (ex ZEV) of 12.7%. Recent discussions with investors revealed expectations as low as 10% .. the consensus 4.1% GAAP OP margin would imply an underlying auto margin (ex Energy, software, etc) of break-even at best.”

When you defy court orders and deny one man his Constitutional rights, you threaten them for ALL. Trump can post all he wants, but a federal judge said there's “no evidence linking Abrego Garcia to MS-13 or to any terrorist activity.” Trump needs to put up or shut up IN COURT.

Alito appears very upset that SCOTUS did not slow-roll the rendition of immigrants to a death camp in the same manner it slow-rolled the Trump immunity case. It's also like he's asking, "What good is it to stack the courts with extremist right-wing judges in Texas if we can't hurt people?"

GM is aiming to release a $28,000 Chevrolet Bolt EV later this year. It is now retooling its plant in Fairfax, Kansas to build them. If Tesla had any hope of saving its U.S. car sales, it was to put out competitive, affordable EVs. It just said it cannot do that.
