Something I’ve learned by healing myself and healing others is that structural imbalances/dysfunctions can cause and create so many symptoms that mimic other things. Everything from plantar fasciitis to anxiety to thoracic outlet syndrome.

I have beta tested four new apps since TikTok got banned/unbanned. And one thing that has come out of all this craziness? I have realized that I really don’t like jumping back and forth between a bunch of apps anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I want to streamline my brain and not scatter it anymore.

Do you have low back, or even hip, knee, ankle or foot pain? Have you tried narrowing your stance? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Most people will widen their stance to avoid low back pain, but by doing so, you’re weakening certain muscles and creating a compensatory pattern, which could make it worse.
