tried rivals of aether 2 earlier and the 5 seconds of "communicating with server" after beating a local (not online) match (8x per game) of arcade mode is baffling. coupled with load times even on lowest settings compared to rivals 1 it's just not worth it no matter how good the gameplay may be.

nine sols is such a tough game to play cause the map design is boring as hell, the regular combat sucks, there's way too much dialogue, and yet the boss fights are a lot of fun. the question i must now ask myself is if it's worth it to be frustrated for 90% of the playtime just for the bosses
